EXHIBIT L: RECLAMATION COSTS
The estimated cost of reclamation are estimated as follows:
1) Approximately 1,600 Cubic Yards of fill per acre, material hauled from upland area to south,
estimated cost $.80 per CUYD, or $1,280 per acre. The cost of grading, mulching, and seeding
the reclaimed land is projected to be $350 per acre.
2) The total cost of reclamation, assuming all the land we expect to mine is depleted,
approximately 100 acres more or less, would be approximately $163,000.
