Hickenlooper <br />Governor <br />Mike King <br />Executive Director <br />Loretta Pineda <br />Director <br />Seneca Coal Company submitted the third quarter 2013 sediment inspection report for the Yoast Mine on October <br />1, 2013. The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety ( CDRMS) have found the above reference <br />report to be in compliance with the following CDRMS regulation. <br />4.05.9(17) — Examined at least quarterly by a qualified person designated by the operator, for appearance of <br />structural weakness and other hazardous conditions. <br />4.05.9(17) — A copy of the report shall be submitted to the Division on a quarterly basis. <br />For Pond 013, a slump /seep was observed below the toe of the dam on the north side. The inspector did not <br />believe the slump to be a problem at the time of the inspection, but this slump /seep will need to be monitored.
