The Item numbers are in the same numerical sequence as the Division's <br />original review (February 20, 2013). <br />1. Resolved <br />2. As previously stated, EFCI believes there may be misinterpretation of the <br />Colorado Division of Water Resources' (DWR) regulations concerning <br />monitoring well permits as they pertain to coal mine operations. EFCI received subsidence survey data from Corley Company's <br />Professional Engineer during mid November and the data has been <br />forwarded to a consultant engineer for processing. Survey data was also <br />received for the location of the historic cinder block barn, aka., Corley <br />shop and is being processed. <br />
