<br />etc.) and /or the placement ofnew or additional riprap to protect tl1C st-uctlu-C. The rcnloval of
<br />sediment is limited to the minimum necessary to restore the waterway in the vicinity of* (lie
<br />MR10111c to the approximate dimensions that existed when the StrL►CtLll'C was built, but Cannot
<br />extend farther than 200 feet in any direction from the strLICtlirC. This 200 foot limit does not
<br />apply to maintenance dredging to removc accumulated sediments blocking or restricting ouU1111
<br />and Illtfil <C Stl'L1CtLIrCS of to maintenance dredging to remove aCCLImulatcd sediments from Canals
<br />associated with outlall and intake structures. All dredged or excavated materials nuts( be
