Public Notice <br />�IIII <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the <br />Colorado Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on November 22, 2013, a minor revision <br />application (MR -271) to the Foidel Creek Mine, Permit No. C- 1982 -056, operated by Twentymile <br />Coal, LLC, 29515 Routt County Road No. 27, Oak Creek, CO 80467 was considered complete for the <br />purposes of filing. Minor Revision No. 271 proposes modifications to the existing approved road <br />maintenance plans for the Eastern mining District Water Monitoring Boreholes approved under Minor <br />Revision No. 267. In order to minimize disturbance and provide safe access, Twentymile Coal, LLC <br />proposes to place geotextile fabric and suitable road base material on the access road.
