GEMI is in agreement with the <br />proposed Technical Revisions. However it must be noted that before any reclamation <br />activities must ensue, will require the approval of DOE. DOE has informed us that <br />reclamation is not an approved activity during the PEIS process. Nor will they review any <br />reclamation plans during the PEIS process or review period and litigation process. <br />Please note that electronic versions will be sent today and hard copies mailed. Zircon storage buildings are used to secure equipment and materials during various <br />activities as required by DOE lease agreement. One is used by DOE and other GEMI. <br />5. As shown on map. <br />6. Grading and sloping will be accomplished by moving materials uphill to a maximum <br />of 3H:1 V slope in order to reduce the football of reclamation area. <br />7. Locations are displayed on the <br />attached map and monitored according to storm water permit. <br />
