Wifirim
State.co.us Executive Branch Mail - Fwd: Lorencito Canyon RN3
If you can make those small alterations then attach the document to an email with "Lorencito Canyon RN3" in
the subject line then I should be able to take care of the rest.
I'll need to have a colleague run the names through the AVS database (Applicant Violator System), to ensure that
there are no outstanding violations attached to any of the names. Once we have that cleared up I can write a
findings document and we should be able to cross RN3 off our to -do lists.
We will keep the same information on hand for New Elk (and Golden Eagle), but it's likely that it will need to be
updated again during the process to approve TR68 since Mark will be leaving fairly soon.
Just to re -cap what we talked about yesterday, for Sandy's benefit, and to make sure I have it straight, Doug
Blackburn has recently been hired by Cline Mining as a contractor to acts as General Manager for New Elk Coal
Company - is that right? If so, there's no need to have Doug's information in this list. Will Doug be based on -site?
808 866 8567 (8121)
On Mon, Dec 2, 2013 at 3:50 PM, Greg Smith <gsmithnewelkcoal , com> wrote:
Greg Smith
+1 303 300 3703
gsmith@_newelkcoal.com
This e-mail transmission, and any documents, files or previous e-mail messages attached to it, may contain
information that is confidential or legally privileged.
