M -84 -168) <br />Enclosed please find the Williams Fork Mining Company 2012 -13 Sand and Gravel Operations <br />report form, map, and annual fee payment ($791). The sand and gravel operation is currently in <br />temporary cessation. The enclosed Appendix C map illustrates the surveyed acreage that has <br />been reclaimed (32.65 acres) and the unreclaimed acreage that has been mined (16.26 acres) or <br />is simply associated disturbance (22.62 acres). There are no changes to the map since the last <br />annual report. <br />The projection for the 2013 -14 report period (October 26, 2013 through October 2, 2014) is <br />for the operation to remain in temporary cessation status. <br />I apologize for this report and fee payment arriving late. Since I did not receive the'customary <br />notice about the need for an annual report, I assumed that one was not needeJ when an <br />operation is in temporary cessation status.
