Stover & Associates, <br />Lambert & Associates, and Buckhom Geotech. Lambert & Associates prepared the <br />stability analyses for the disposal area under the professional supervision of Norman <br />W. Johnston, P.E. and Dennis D. Lambert, P.E., whose signatures appear in that <br />section of the report. Buckhorn Geotech prepared the stability analyses for the disposal <br />area under the professional supervision of Brett Byler, P. E. and Thomas E. <br />Griepentrog, P.E. whose signatures appear in that section of the report. The remainder <br />of the report was prepared by the staff of J. E.
