The following documents have been prepared by the staff of J. E. Stover & Associates,
Lambert & Associates, and Buckhom Geotech. Lambert & Associates prepared the
stability analyses for the disposal area under the professional supervision of Norman
W. Johnston, P.E. and Dennis D. Lambert, P.E., whose signatures appear in that
section of the report. Buckhorn Geotech prepared the stability analyses for the disposal
area under the professional supervision of Brett Byler, P. E. and Thomas E.
Griepentrog, P.E. whose signatures appear in that section of the report. The remainder
of the report was prepared by the staff of J. E. Stover & Associates under the
professional supervision of the engineer whose seal and signature appear below.
