MINING AND SAFETY
In accordance with the regulations of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Chevron
U.S.A. inc. hereby files its annual report and annual fee for the subject mine.
Preceding Year
The North Clear Creek Construction Materials Mine was opened in March of 2008 and the mine
has been in operation since that time. From November of 2012 to end of November 2013, a
total of 1,965 tons or 2,652.75 cubic yards of material was removed from the mine. No new
reclamation or revegetation activities were initiated in 2013. A noxious weed control program
has been in place since the inception of the mine and the site is regularly monitored for noxious
weeds. No weed treatments were necessary or conducted at the mine in 2013. Existing
stormwater management controls are monitored at regular intervals and maintained as needed.
The Mine is currently in Intermittent Operation status as approved by DRMS in November of
2012.
A check in the amount of $323.00 for the annual fee, along with a survey map of the current
mine showing the disturbed areas are enclosed.
