Crimmins, do solemnly swear that I am Legal Notice Representative of theSteamboat Pilot & Today, that the same is a daily newspaper printed, in whole or in part, and published in the County of Routt, State of Colorado, and has a general circulation therein; that said newspaper has been published continuously and uninterruptedly in said County of Routt for a period of more than fifty -two weeks prior to the first publication of the annexed legal notice or advertisement; that said newspaper has been admitted to the United States mails as second -class matter under the provisions of the Act of March 3, 1879, or any amendments thereof, and that said newspaper is a daily newspaper duly qualified for publishing legal notices and advertisements within the meaning of the laws of the State of Colorado. In response to an updated reclm aation cost estimate conducted in June 2013, Seneca Coal Comparry requests a re- duction In the required reclamation bond of $437,096.61. The Seneca II -W Mine is a/an Surface coal mine located in Routt County /Comities, ap- proximately 9 miles S of Hayden, Colorado. Coal interest is Federal, and the surface af- fected is Federal, state and private land. The permit area encompasses approximately 3,676.50 acres. This proposed decision is based on a finding that the proposed operation will comply with all requirements of the Colorado Surface Coal Miring Reclamation Act, Section 34 33 101, at seq., C.R.S., and the regulations promulgated thereunder. Copies of the proposed decision, Including stipulations, are on file for public inspection at the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safely, Room 215, Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Deriver, Col- orado 80203.
