Within six months of the execution of this Settlement Agreement, the BLM will <br />initiate the process of offering of a direct land sale of Lot 2 (Township 9 South, Range 93 West, <br />Section 12) consisting of 23.64 acres to Currier, pursuant to 43 C.F.R. Subpart 2711.
