On September 11, 2013, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received and accepted your
request to change Permit M- 2001 -017 site name from Lohmann Sand and Gravel to Carbon Valley
Resource. This name change has been updated for your permit.
The Division has also received your documentation regarding L.G. Everist, Incorporated now as the
property owners of the site.
