Pineda <br />Director <br />We received your minor revision application (MR -129) to revise Rule 4 for South Taylor/Lower <br />Wilson in your Permit Application Package (PAP), and your application was deemed complete on <br />November 26, 2013. <br />I do have one adequacy issue. In the table entitled "Quarterly Surface Water Laboratory <br />Parameters," it appears that some parameters were erroneously removed. These include <br />Bicarbonate, Phosphate, and Lead.
