During this process to approve this acreage reduction,
Grand Junction Pipe had been working with the Bureau of Reclamation (Owner of Record for Release Area 3)
and the U.S Fish and Wildlife Service ( Manager of a Wildlife Refuge on Bureau property) to obtain a letter
acknowledging Grand Junction Concrete Pipe's reclamation efforts. We have just received this requested letter,
jointly signed by both agencies. Although our receipt of this letter came after the Division's approval of the
requested partial release, I would like the Division to include this letter in our permit file associated with AR -01.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call me at 970.242.5370.
Respectfully,
Gayle Lyman
Compliance Director
Enclosure
Xc: Travis Marshall, Grand Junction Field Office
R E (,'- E IVEV,
OF F,E0U'MAT1nh,
