Response: Routt County Road & Bridge has been contacted, and a site visit is scheduled early next
week to review our project needs and discuss related easement considerations. A suitable agreement
will be reached with the County prior to construction.
No discussion of the proposed activities being classified as an SAE was identified in the proposed text.
Please provide reference to already approved SAE designs or any new designs associated with the
activities proposed.
Response: The proposed activities will result in very limited additional disturbance. The relevant text
has been revised to address drainage and sediment control considerations under an SAE.
If any permitting is required by the US Army Corp of Engineers to conduct activities within proximity
to Foidel Creek, please provide this information to the Division for Review.
Response: The USACE has been contacted, has reviewed the project plans, and has provided the
accompanying e -mail confirming that the proposed activities would not be jurisdictional.
