Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division has reviewed the results of a survey of the upland diversion ditch above the refuse <br />disposal area (RDA). The survey was completed on October 8, 2013 and provided to the Division as <br />part of the abatement of CV -2013 -008. <br />The finding of the review is that the ditch is not constructed in accordance with the design that <br />was approved in the permit (please see the attached memo for technical details).
