The letter is not notarized as required by Rule 6.4.19(c ). <br />2. The referenced location is 2 miles west of the Hartman Pit and the wrong quarter /quarter section. The <br />proper reference is the SW '/4 NE '/4 of Section 20, T 21 S, R 63 W, 6`" P.M., not the SE '/4 NW '/4 of Section <br />24, T 21 S, R 64W, 6"' P.M. <br />3.
