Preliminary review of the <br />information received determined the following items must be received before the Division can <br />consider your request as being submitted: <br />1. The bond reduction request must be submitted on Asphalt Paving Company letterhead, <br />not Northern Colorado Constructors, Inc. letterhead. <br />2. The bond reduction request letter must be signed by the Operator. <br />You have sixty (60) days from the above date to submit all necessary documents the Division <br />needs for a request to be considered filed. If, at the end of the sixty day period, the request has <br />not been determined to be filed with the Division, the Division shall deny the request. <br />Sincerel , <br />Peter S.
