Roads associated with these holes have also been
relocated. A net reduction in disturbed acreage results from this modification. We were
forced to relocate these drill sites as a result of delays by the OSM in approving our mine
plan modifications.
A segment of exploration road was added to the mining permit northwest of these drill
holes. This road segment will be used in the future to access mine drill holes.
Details describing the appropriate permit changes are enclosed. All pages associated with
this revision are included in this submittal.
If you have any further questions please contact me at 970 -675 -4322.
Scott Wanstedt
Environmental Engineer
swanstedt a deserado.com
enc:
cc: Jeff Dubbert
Paul Daggett - BLM
