MANAGEMENT <br />Re: CAM - Colorado, LLC, Fruita Loadout <br />Technical Revision #02, Permit Boundary Revision; Subsurface Ownership Map <br />Permit C- 2010 -088 <br />Dear Mr. Trujillo: <br />The DRMS' letter dated October 29, 2013 requested a Subsurface Ownership Map. The DRMS' <br />letter dated November 6, 2013 requested an update to the list of officers. <br />On behalf of CAM - Colorado, LLC, (CAM) enclosed is an application for a technical revision to <br />make an incidental permit boundary revision, add a subsurface ownership map, update <br />adjacent landowner information and update the list of officers in the permit. <br />The incidental permit boundary revision is required because CAM, through adverse possession, <br />lost some land on the west side of the permit boundary to an adjacent landowner. The <br />subsurface owners within the proposed permit and adjacent area are owned by the respective <br />private surface owners.
