The approved TR -74 permit materials include: <br />- Exhibit 2.04 -E3, Item 9, pages 1 through .9. <br />- Map 2.05 -M1, 6 of 6, General Facilities, Gobvent Boreholes. <br />TR -75 — The approved Revision provided for Vessels Coal Gas to drill a methane borehole at the <br />site of the reclaimed former Sanborn Creek Mine Portal area and a surface pipeline to distribute <br />the gas to their methane generation project. The approved TR -75 permit materials include: <br />- PAP pages 2.05 -23d and 2.05 -23e <br />- Map 2.05 -M1 1 of 6, 2 of 6 and 3 of 6. <br />RN -06 — The approved Permit Renewal RN -06 provided for the routine 5 -yr permit renewal for <br />the Elk Creek Mine.
