I have revi awed the <br />proposed drainage plans presented on your Map 21-1 Drainage Plans (Rev. #!6 05-03-99). The <br />Department of Transportation grants permission to Bowie Resources Limited to revise the <br />culverts under old State Highway 133 in accordance with your drainage plans. Maintenance of <br />the culverts is the responsibility of Bowie Resources Linuted. This permission is granted based <br />on your analysis of appropriate design.ftaws. It will be the responsibility of Bowie Resources <br />Limited to repair any problems associated with the culverts.
