The property is owned by the Bidden Valley Ranch and <br />Cattle Company, Inc. Refer to Map 01, Surface Ownership, owner number 5. There are <br />occupied dwellings on the property which maybe closer than 300 feet measuued horizontally from <br />the disturbance associated with Bowie Resources Limited's facilities along old State Highway <br />133. The attorney- in-fact for the property recognizes it may have the legal right to deny the <br />disturbance associated with the construction of these fWlities.
