The information provided by J.E
Stover, on behalf of BRL, has adequately addressed our concerns with the report. The report
indicates that the remaining sediment capacity in Ponds C and F is 10% of the maximum storage
amount. BRL should endeavor to clean these ponds as soon as practical and continue to
monitor the water and sediment levels so that adequacy capacity for the design storm event is
available at all times.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Susan L.
