As of October 31st, 2013, the Shareholders of Wildcat Mining Corporation replaced the former <br />management and elected me as a Director and Officer of the Company. Since October 31, 2013 Wildcat <br />Mining Corporation has been restructured with a new board of directors, and has reached out to the <br />regulators, creditors and shareholders to resolve outstanding issues. To that end Wildcat Mining <br />Corporation makes the following commitments: <br />• Restructure Wildcat Mining Corporation to include experienced and knowledgeable mine <br />operators that will be accountable and be compliant with Federal, State and Local regulatory <br />requirements; <br />• Provide financial resources to address current and future site regulatory and operational needs. <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation has accepted a term sheet with a reputable mining company to <br />assume comprehensive mine management responsibilities. <br />• Provide local management with local authority that will be accountable to address site concerns; <br />• To immediately commence La Plata County permitting activities including the retention of <br />outside contractors to conduct noise and traffic studies and to comply with EPA and Army Corp <br />of Engineers monitoring and remedial requirements; <br />• Address other site conditions identified by Wildcat Mining Corporation; <br />• Stabilize the mine site prior to December 21, 2013; <br />• Retain a contractor prior to the next construction season to build the access road when field <br />conditions permit; <br />• Comply with EPA's and Army Corp of Engineers consent agreement; <br />• Initiate additional site security; <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation has spent over $4,000,000 to date and with a planned expenditure of <br />$2,000,000 over the next 13 months to achieve production, to pursue additional land acquisition and <br />continue -Gvith surface and underground mining safety and compliance requirements <br />George M.L.
