11. If a well is covered in multiple SWSP's or augmentation plans, the monthly meter <br />readings must be the same in the accounting for each plan covering the subject <br />well. The accounting for every plan covering the well shall state the <br />proportionate pumping amount covered by each plan to assure all out -of- priority <br />depletions are replaced. <br />12. The following additional accounting is required for sources of replacement water <br />used for more than one plan. The water right owner of the replacement water is <br />responsible for accounting for the total replacement amount and how much each <br />plan is using of that total amount. The accounting for portions of the replacement <br />water by other users must match the accounting of the water right owner.
