<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Mike Shumway, Jick Taylor, JeffMogensen,
<br />Josh Shumway and Chris Carter (the "locators "), citizens of the United States, whose legal address is
<br />P.O. Box 1032, Moab, Utah 84532, in compliance with the laws of the United States, with the laws of
<br />the State of Colorado, and with any local laws, customs and rules of the Gateway Mining District, and
<br />for the purpose of correcting any irregularities, errors, defects or omissions of description in the original
<br />Notice of Location for the Liberty #1 Lode Mining Claim, do hereby amend said original Notice of
<br />Location, without waiving any rights acquired under the original location.
<br />This claim is situated in Mesa County, State ofColorado, within Protraction Block 40, Township
<br />50 North, Range 19 West, N.M.P.M, The Location Monument, upon which 2 copy of this Amended
<br />Notice of Location is conspicuously posted, is situated 2,620 feet East and 2,340 feet North of the South
<br />East comer of Section 9, Township 50 North, Range 19 West, N.M.P.M.. The locators claim 1,480 feet
<br />in a westerly direction and 20 feet in an easterly direction along the course of the vein or lode from the
<br />Location Monument, and 300 feet to each side of the center of the vein or lode, together with all dips,
<br />spurs, angles and variations.
<br />The boundaries of this claim, as monumented on the ground, are described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the North East comer No. l of this claim, which corner is situated 2,640 feet East
<br />and 2,640 feet North of the South East corner of said Section 9,
<br />thence West a distance of 750 feet to the North center side line monument;
<br />thence West a distance of 750 feet to North West corner No. 2;
<br />thence South a distance of 600 feet to South West corner No. 3;
<br />thence East a distance of 750 feet to the South center side line monument;
<br />thence East a distance of 750 feet to South East corner No. 4;
<br />thence North a distance of 600 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />The date of discovery and the date of location of said lode claim was March 7, 2005; and the
<br />original Notice of Location for said lode claim was recorded on April 5, 2005, in Book 3868, at Page
<br />907, in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Mesa County, Colorado; and a copy of said
<br />original Location Certificate was timely filed in the Colorado State Office of the Bureau of Land
<br />Management under Serial No. CMC 253255. The claim map authorized by Section 3443 - 106(2) of the
<br />Colorado Revised Statutes is attached and incorporated herein by this reference.
<br />The date of this Amended Notice of Location is June 30 , 2005.
