24. Paula Coulter's attorney, John Berman, Esq. <br />(who is currently under suspension /probation with <br />the Colorado Supreme Court10) presented the <br />Original sworn Petition and a plethora of other <br />Motions and Document's using the fraudulent Power <br />of Attorney of April 21, 2006. He is even using <br />it in the current Probate case to justify that <br />since the Court previously found Paula Coulter's <br />P.of A. OK, that the Will should be OK also and <br />not subject to collateral attack. And most <br />flagrantly, he used the P.of A. to help desecrate <br />the remains of Leland Coulter by filing a <br />Forthwith Motion with the Court and misleading it <br />with incorrect statutes and the April 21, 2006 <br />power of attorney. He has clearly and continually <br />committed Fraud on the Court. <br />25. "Fraud upon the court" makes void the orders <br />and judgments of that court. It is also clear <br />and well- settled law that any attempt to commit <br />"fraud upon the court" vitiates the entire <br />proceeding. <br />The People of <br />the <br />State <br />of <br />Illinois <br />v. Fred E. <br />Sterling, 357 <br />Ill. <br />354; <br />192 <br />N.E. 229 <br />(1934) ( "The maxim that fraud vitiates every <br />" See Colorado Supreme Court v.
