We have been attempting <br />to obtain a photograph of Mr. Tease from a video tape and have <br />located a process by which this can be done. We are also work- <br />ing with the local authorities on the issuance of a death cer- <br />tificate, but with the absence of the body of Mr. Tease, this <br />poses a difficult problem. <br />MSHA has no authority over the abandoned mine <br />fill it or place a plaque at the site.
