Pineda <br />Director <br />Re: Cash & Who Do Mines, Permit No. M- 1983 -141, Technical Revision Approval, <br />Revision No. <br />TR -7 <br />Dear Mr. Steen: <br />On October 30, 2013 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision <br />application submitted to the Division on February 15, 2013, addressing the following: <br />Modification of water monitoring plan including: <br />a) The Cash Well monitoring location will be eliminated and replaced with the Cash Mine <br />Pool from the 3rd Level Adit. <br />b) Cash Gulch and the Unnamed Gulch will continue to be sampled; the sampling location for <br />both of the gulches will be above the culvert that conveys water beneath the County Road <br />below the Cash Mine. <br />c) The following parameters will be eliminated from the sample suite: Aluminum, Chromium, <br />Cobalt, Copper, Fluoride, Iron, Lead, Lithium, Mercury, Nickel, Selenium, and Vanadium. <br />Sampling of the following parameters will continue: Arsenic, Cadmium, Manganese, Zinc, <br />Sulfate, pH, temp., conductivity and TDS. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 7 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M -1983 -141.
