Pirieda <br />Director <br />Re: Southfield Mine (Permit No. C- 1981 -014) <br />Rescind Proposed Decision — Technical Revision No. 40 (TR -40) <br />Dear Ms. Saunders.: <br />On November 7, 2013, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) rescinded the previous <br />Proposed Decision to approve Technical Revision No. 40 issued on October 4, 2013. <br />Three objections to the previous Proposed Decision were received (yours included), and additional <br />review is needed to assess the merits of those objections. <br />Technical Revision No. 40 will remain open, pending further review by DRMS. <br />Please provide DRMS with the details of your concerns regarding Technical Revision No. 40 at your <br />earliest convenience.
