All other <br />sites did not discharge. No exceedances were noted. <br />The following certification is provided to verify that that the following the outfalls, did not discharge in June 2013. These <br />include Outfalls 002A/002Q (Pond T), 004A /004Q (Pond C), 007A, 007W, MON 7, MON7Q, 007Q (all Pond F), and <br />008A/008Q (Pond G). <br />Please call me directly: (970) 870 -2750 with any questions. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I certify under penalty of law that l have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, I believe the submitted information is <br />true, accurate, and complete.
