The Division also received a <br />second certificate of insurance, Certificate No. 20640045, on November 5, 2013 for the Seneca II <br />West and the Seneca II Mine. <br /> <br />Both of insurance certificates cover the time period from November 1, 2013 through October 31, <br />2014. The certificates list the insured as Peabody Energy Corporation and Subsidiaries, and <br />Seneca Coal Company. Both certificates list the description of the operations as the “Seneca II- <br />W Mine”, while certificate no. 2064005 also includes the Seneca II Mine The Division finds the <br />submitted Certificates of Liability Insurance acceptable and in compliance with Rule 2.03.9. <br /> <br />The Seneca II West Mine appears to be covered by both submitted insurance certificates. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br /> <br />Janet H.
