Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division received a copy of Seneca Coal Company's certificate of insurance for the Yoast <br />Mine on November 5, 2013. <br />The insurance certificate covers the time period from November 1, 2013 through October 31, <br />2014. The certificate lists the insured as Peabody Energy Corporation and Subsidiaries, and <br />Seneca Coal Company. The certificate, dated October 30, 2013, also lists the description of the <br />operation as the " Yoast Mine ".
