<br />has filed an application for a Regular (112) Construction
<br />Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado
<br />Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the
<br />Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of
<br />Construction Materials. For the purpose of expanding the
<br />size of the mine.
<br />The proposed mine is known as the HOFFMAKPIT, and is
<br />located at or near Section 10, Township 9 South, Range 56
<br />West, 6th Prime Meridian.
<br />The proposed date of commencement is NOVEMBER 15
<br />2013, and the proposed date of completion is May, 2025
<br />The proposed future use of the land RANGELAND.
