Hickenlooper <br />Governor <br />Mike King <br />Executive Director <br />Loretta Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has finished its adequacy <br />review of the 2012 Annual Reclamation Report (ARR) for the Elk Creek Mine. In general, the <br />report is complete and well organized; however, the Division has some comments: <br />1. There are some inconsistencies between the disturbed areas list of the ARR and Map 2.05 M1 (6 <br />of 6). <br />a. The following wells are listed as existing but labeled as reclaimed on the map: <br />i. GVB- LW6 -02 <br />ii. GVB- LW9 -05 <br />in. GVB -LW 17 -O I C <br />iv. GVB -LW 19 -03 <br />b. The following wells are listed as reclaimed but labeled as existing on the map: <br />i. GVB -LW 10 -05 <br />ii. GVB -LW 16 -01 <br />in. GVB -LW 18 -07 <br />c. The following wells are on the map but not listed in the ARR: <br />i. GVB -LW 12 -02 <br />ii. GVB -LW 18 -06 <br />iii. TGA <br />iv. HGA <br />v. TGBMPA + road <br />vi. 5B <br />vii. Dewater wells 1 & 2 + road <br />2. The following wells are listed under `Disturbed Areas' twice in the ARR and the acreages are not <br />consistent: <br />a. GVB -LW 17 -02 B C <br />b.
