9. Discovered October 25, 2013, the Appellant presents a <br />subsequent Power of Attorney (emphasis added) to the one signed <br />on April 21, 2006 which is signed by Mrs. Coulter and notarized; <br />giving exclusive Power of Attorney and authority to Theodore <br />Coulter. It is dated June 19, 2006, 59 days after the Power of <br />Attorney that Paula Coulter has since been fraudulently <br />presenting. See Addendum 3. <br />10. Said notarized power of attorney states in pertinent words: <br />"This durable power of attorney shall be non - delegable and <br />shall be valid until such time as I die" <br />11. Said power of attorney revokes Paula Coulter's <br />previous Power of Attorney and any acts Paula Coulter <br />transacted for Irene Coulter after June 19, 2006 are both <br />void and fraudulent including her submission of her Sworn <br />Petition to be Mrs. Coulter's Conservator and Guardian. <br />12. Ted Coulter used his subsequent exclusive Power of <br />Attorney as agent to sell Mrs. Coulter's home by Warranty <br />Deed and no Title insurance for $275,000 to a suspect <br />investor who immediately turned around and sold it for <br />$274,000 by warranty deed without title insurance. See <br />Addendum 4.2 The Appellant believes that the investor <br />received a kickback from Ted Coulter but has been unable to <br />The Movant believes that the present owners of Mrs. Coulter's home will want to join in this action of Paula <br />Coulter's fraud to protect their warranty deed. <br />7 <br />
