(GP) has received the Division's Technical Revision No. 2 Request <br />second adequacy review comments letter dated October 25, 2013. As a result of the Divisions <br />second adequacy review comments additional information will need to be included in the <br />Technical Revision No. 2 request for your approval. GP is requesting an extension to the current <br />October 31, 2013 decision date for this Technical Revision request to November 29, 2013. This <br />extension is required for GP to have sufficient time to gather and develop the additional <br />information, and for the Division to review it. <br />Thank you for your consideration of this decision date extension request.
