A copy of that letter is enclosed.
We want to change the seed mix to 70% Streambank Wheatgrass and 30% Pubescent
Wheatgrass. These varieties are drought tolerant and commonly used for reclamation.
The Streamback and Pubescent Wheatgrass varieties form a sod. The Siberian
Wheatgrass, proposed in the earlier letter, grows in bunches and leaves spacing.
Richard Antonio recommended the change after viewing the 32 Road Pit. Mr. Antonio
has extensive experience in reclamation. A copy of Mr. Antonio's is resume is also
enclosed.
Also enclosed is a check for $216.00.
Would you please approve this change?
Respectfully,
Parkerson Construction, Inc.
Royc4 Clement
General Manager
RECEIVED
OCT 31 2013
®ivi0pn of Reelarniom,
Mining & Safallr
