The monitoring of Foidel and Middle Creeks has been described previously in the hydrologic monitoring plan
(see Exhibit 14).
Foidel and Middle Creeks
Foidel Creek, Middle Creek, Fish Creek, and Fish Creek's alluvial valley floor(s) will be monitored as per the
proposal presented in the hydrologic monitoring plan. Additionally, the creeks will be surveyed before and after
longwall mining to prepare a channel profile. The profiles will be compared to determine if there are any
