Pineda <br />Director <br />At the time of the Division's decision to approve Permit Renewal 6 (RN6), the Applicant <br />Violator System (AVS) was not available due to the Federal government shutdown. The <br />required ownership and control information check at the Division's decision was not performed. <br />At the initial check on January 13, 2013, the ownership and control information was consistent <br />with the AVS. Stipulation 410 was attached to the RN -6 decision with understanding that the <br />ownership and control information will be consistent with the AVS when the system was back <br />online. <br />The AVS is now back online and the check was performed. The ownership and control <br />information in the North Thompson Creek permit was consistent with the AVS as of October <br />29, 3013. Stipulation 410 has been removed from RN -6.
