I will review it as time allows over the next few weeks /months.
have been trying to work out priorities this morning. I wanted to make sure that we are all working to the same
deadlines, so I have gone through all of the permitting actions and summarised their status on the attached
sheet.
My priorities, in order, are to:
1. Generate adequacy letter for RN6 - I can tell you now that this will be very brief, you will receive it
shortly.
2. Review Lorencito RN3 maps and generate adequacy letter. You will receive this later today.
3. Review what has been submitted for TR68, since this is now complete (I received the maps when
returned from paternity leave, yesterday). This will be a more in -depth process and will likely take me
several weeks.
4. Review all of the recent submissions of quarterly monitoring reports.
5. Review the 2012 AHR, (as well as the reports for 2011, 2010, 2009 and 2008, which have not been
formally reviewed as far as I recall).
Please will you take a look at the attached spreadsheet and request extensions to the permitting actions as
appropriate.
The two letters you receive later today will also necessitate an extension to the deadlines of those actions, but
let's save that request until after you have received the letters.
have copied this email to Sandy Brown. As I mentioned to you before, a recent re-shuffle within our program
means that the supervisory responsibility for the mines operated by NECC has shifted from Dan Hernandez to
Sandy.
https: / /mai I.g oog Ie.conVmai I /u /0 / ?ui =2 &i Ire29129fcb5 &view pt &search =i nboy&th= 1420568826021 e79 2/4
