Ponds 5, 7, and 10 had no discharges during the months of the third <br />quarter; so there were no monitoring reports this quarter. Ponds 6 and 9A recorded one <br />discharge this quarter on July 29, 2013 and discharge had ceased prior to the August <br />inspection. Ponds 8 and 9B recorded discharges twice this quarter on July 29 and Sept. 24, <br />2013; but, had ceased discharging prior the August inspection. All these discharges are in <br />direct result of rain fall prior to the inspection dates. <br />With the samples for Pond 9B on July 29, 2013 recorded values outside of the <br />maximum daily amount of Total Suspended Solids.
