Additional Comments: <br />On 9 -25 -91 the following work was completed by Southfield Mine and GEM Consulting <br />personnel in regards to the 11 -15 -89 CARD inspection: <br />a <br />SF -88 -13 (E -6): 12" of metal casing was cut off below ground level and the site <br />regraded. An additional 3 lbs of CMLRD approved seed mix was recast over the area <br />and raked into the soil_' <br />SF -88 -12 (E -9): 6" of metal casing was cut off below ground level. The pit areas <br />and the site were regraded.
