4. Dorchester Coal Co. & Colomine Coal Co. drill holes and wells:
(a) Only limited sealing/reclamation information found in EFCI exploration files. Glenn
Miller never found any drill hole abandonment or reclamation reports during his geologic
data search conducted for Energy Fuels starting in 1985.
(b) "Known" open holes include the active monitoring wells, mine power borehole, water
wells at SR33 site, old mine workings dewatering well series, and North Dewatering Well.
(c) "Probable ", open holes include discontinued monitoring wells: MW 7A and B, and,
MW -22.
(d) Based on additional file research during Sept. 2013, several entries are shown in the
Abandonment Report or Reclamation Report columns. Dorchester may not have filed
reports with the state, or if so, these files were not transferred to EFCI at time of sale.
5. EFCI drill holes and wells:'
(a) All drilling done by EFCI is well documented and complete, including sealing
information and open hole information.
(b) Abandonment Reports and Reclamation Reports are available for most of the EFCI
holes as shown on page 4 of the inventory summary. Glenn Miller indicated that he has
copies at his office of all reports filed with DMG.
