2. Lease Payment. RMCC shall pay the sum of $350 per acre -foot of fully <br />consumable water leased during the term stated in Paragraph I above. The City shall bill RMCC <br />after the receipt of the anticipated annual lease request. <br />I Payment. Full payment from RMCC to City for the leased water must be <br />received by City within 30 days of invoice date. Any late payment shall accrue interest at the <br />rate of eight percent (8%) per annum. <br />4. Notices. Paragraph 7 of the Initial Agreement concerning notices is herein <br />amended as follows as it pertains to notice to RMCC: <br />Ready Mixed Concrete Company <br />4395 Washington Street <br />Denver, Colorado 80216 <br />Attn: Paul E.
