Brock - Per your request, I have reviewed the response from Oxbow Mining, LLC (Oxbow) to my remaining
adequacy concern with the RN -6 application. Oxbow updated the Pond D summary, as requested. The
information in the Pond D summary, the Pond D As -Built Map, and the supporting SEDCAD runs are now
consistent. I do not have any other concerns at this time, and would recommend approval of the RN -6
application. Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.
