Crimmins, do solemnly swear that I am Legal Notice Representative of theCraig Daily Press, that the same is a daily newspaper printed, in whole or in part, and published in the County of Moffat, State of Colorado, and has a general circulation therein; that said newspaper has been published continuously and uninterruptedly in said County of Moffat for a period of more than fifty -two weeks prior to the first publication of the annexed legal notice or advertisement; that said newspaper has been admitted to the United States mails as second -class matter under the provisions of the Act of March 3, 1879, or any amendments thereof, and that said newspaper is a daily newspaper duly qualified for publishing legal notices and advertisements within the meaning of the laws of the State of Colorado. Box 187, Craig, CO 81626 (CDRMS Permit Na C -81 -010, ap- proved (7/9/13), intends to request release of Phase I bond liability on portions of its re- claimed mine lands. A surety bond in the amount of $30,173,724 is presently in place. No reduction in the amount of the bond is sought with this bond release application. Those portions of the mine for which Phase I bond release liability is requested contain 120.4 acres of rangelands reclaimed during 2013 that have been backfilled and regraded, with controlled drainages constructed, retopsolled and reseeded in accordance with CDRMS regulations. A perennial native grass/forbknouhtain shrub community will be established to achieve the post -coning land use of rangeland. This information is being proposed as bond release request SL -15. All reviews and com- ment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing. Trapper Mine is lo- cated 61h miles south of Craig, Colorado.
