EXHIBIT Pā Municipalities within a Two -Mile Radius <br />There are no municipalities within two miles of the site. <br />EXHIBIT Q Proof of Mailing of Notices to Board of County Commissioners and Soil <br />Conservation District <br />The application has been filed with the Kit Carson County Commissioners and the Kit <br />Carson County Soil Conservation District. Proof of filing is attached. <br />EXHIBIT R - Proof of Filing with County Clerk and Recorder <br />The application has been filed with the Kit Carson County Clerk. Proof of filing is <br />attached. <br />EXHIBIT S ā Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />There are no above or below ground power lines, communication cables, bridges, wells, <br />pipelines, water storage impoundments, railroad tracks, cemeteries, or communication <br />antennas within the affected lands. There are no easements or right -of -ways crossing the <br />site. The fence within 200 feet of the affected area will be replaced or repaired at the end <br />of reclamation. The landowner has agreed to the county's provision for any damages <br />(see attached). <br />ADDENDUM 1 <br />A notice has been posted at the site regarding the proposed 112 gravel pit application. <br />Certification of the posting is attached. <br />GEOTECHNICAL STABILITY EXHIBIT <br />The applicant is not aware of any geological hazards that might affect mining or <br />reclamation at the site. We will be happy to provide information if the Division identifies <br />a condition which we are not aware of. <br />
